The journey of mothering six beautiful souls has opened my heart to life's deepest mysteries. Through countless nights of gentle rocking and days filled with sacred chaos, I've learned that presence is our greatest gift.

Among my life experiences, I've had the privilege of supporting women in birth as a doula, one of many ways I've witnessed the power of holding sacred space.

Being a woman of the earth, I feel the pulse of the seasons in my blood and the wisdom of cycles in my bones. Today, I bring all these threads together to share the medicine of presence that flows through each of us.

My journey has been enriched through the wisdom of the Focusing method and non-violent communication, but my truest teacher has been the earth herself - showing me how healing unfolds naturally when we create the right conditions for growth. Like the rich soil that nurtures seeds into blossoming, I believe our inner world holds incredible wisdom and potential. When we tend to it with gentle attention, we allow healing to emerge naturally, bringing forth an abundance that flows into all aspects of our lives.
